Same Patterns, Same Results: The One Thing You Must Change First

What’s Really Going On…
Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything right in your business… but somehow, it’s still not working the way you know it could?
You’re showing up, investing in programs, courses and continually refining your messaging.
And no matter what you do something still feels off, like you are missing something. It appears like everyone else has it figured out, they all look so professional on-line. So why is this not working for you? You are working hard and trying everything but nothing seems to be moving the needle in your business.
Maybe this sounds familiar?
You start to question yourself, you overthink every decision. When one client doesn’t get the results you hoped for, suddenly it feels like your fault. Like maybe you’re not as good as you thought you were.
So what do you do?
You look for the next strategy, you get another certification, you do more research because you are starting to doubt yourself and your ability to get it right.
Because surely… that must be the missing piece. But here’s the truth — this is the mistake.
It’s not that you’re doing anything wrong. In fact, you’re doing what so many women in the wellness space are taught to do.
You’ve been told that success comes from working harder, from doing more or from finding the “right” strategy.
And in an online world full of noise telling you to try this or that, it’s incredibly easy to fall into that trap.
But what if the real issue isn’t your strategy at all? What if the thing holding you back… is something deeper?
In this post, I’m going to show you what’s actually going on and how to shift it so your business can finally feel aligned, calm, and successful in the way you’ve been craving.
Because when you change this one thing, everything else starts to fall into place.
Ready? Let’s jump in.
Why This Is Keeping You Stuck
The belief that you need “more” — more strategy, more skills, more effort is actually what’s keeping you in the exact same cycle.
Here’s how.
1. You Tie Your Worth to Results
When a client doesn’t follow through or doesn’t get the results you hoped for, it doesn’t just feel disappointing…It feels personal.
You start to think:
- “Maybe I’m not good enough.”
- “Maybe I’m not qualified enough.”
So you sign up for another course or training hoping this will finally make you feel confident.
And after spending hundreds, maybe thousands on this additional training, you realize you know all this stuff, there was not much in that training that was anything more than what I already know. So then you maybe feel a bit more confident that you do know this and you can make it work.
But it doesn’t last.😒
I’ve seen this over and over again with my clients. No amount of external validation can fix an internal belief that says, “I’m not enough.” or Who am I to teach this to others when I am suffering from the same thing I am trying to teach?
2. You Chase Strategies Instead of Stability
When leads slow down, your instinct is to change direction.
So you try a new marketing plan. A different platform or you try another investment because this time it will be different. But instead of creating momentum, it creates exhaustion and more confusion.
You end up pulled in multiple directions, trying to make everything work at once… and feeling frustrated when none of it sticks.
And this isn’t because you’re doing it wrong. It’s because your subconscious mind is not aligned with the success you’re trying to create.
3. Old Patterns Start Running the Show
At the beginning of your business, things may have felt easier and more exciting, everything seemed to be flowing. But as you started to grow… something shifted.
That inner voice got louder:
- “Who are you to be this successful?”
- “This won’t last.”
- “You’re not cut out for this.”
⭐These aren’t random thoughts. They’re old patterns that were formed long ago and now resurfacing as you expand.⭐
Whether you had a great childhood or a troubled one at some point we all formed beliefs about ourselves. There were moments when you felt unseen, rejected, or not enough… and made it mean something was wrong with you.
Unfortunately, those meanings don’t disappear, they just get embedded in your subconscious — quietly influencing your decisions, your confidence, and your ability to receive success.
And until you address them, the cycle continues.
But here’s the good news…🥰
You don’t need another strategy or certification. You need a new way of working with yourself and to come to an understanding that those old beliefs that you formed about yourself are simply not true..
Let’s talk about what that looks like.
What To Do Instead
The shift starts internally first with your awareness of these blocks that formed without you ever even realizing it.
Once you are aware of the blocks you can zero in on the emotions driving those blocks.
Emotions are energy in motion and they need to be released so that you can operate from a place of calm and clarity, in your work and in your life.
➡️Build Awareness (Ask Better Questions)
Instead of immediately trying to “fix” something in your business, pause and ask:
- Why do I feel like a failure right now?
- What am I making this mean about me?
And then go deeper:
- What does that mean?
- And what does that mean?
If you stay with it long enough, you’ll usually land on one of three core beliefs:
- I am not enough
- It’s not available to me
- I don’t belong
This is where the real work begins.
I’ve seen clients have major breakthroughs just from this step alone — because they finally see what’s been running in the background.
➡️Pause Instead of Push
When you feel tension, the tight shoulders, the racing thoughts, the absolute overwhelm, your instinct may be to push through. But that’s what keeps the pattern going.
So instead, try this:
Just Stop, take a pause, breathe in and place a hand on your chest or belly. Take three slow breaths.
Then ask yourself:
“What is my body trying to tell me right now?”
You might hear:
- “I’m scared to be seen.”
- “I’m afraid to mess this up.”
- “What if I fail?”
Say it out loud, naming it often softens it. This small pause interrupts the old pattern and creates space for something new.
➡️Reframe What You’re Feeling
Once you identify the fear, shift how you see it.
Instead of:
“This means I’m failing.”
Try:
“This is feedback.”
Then gently introduce a new belief:
“I’m safe to slow down and still succeed.”
This is how you begin teaching your nervous system that success doesn’t have to feel stressful.
➡️Create a Daily Mind-Body Check-In
This is simple, but powerful.
2–3 times a day, pause and ask:
Notice: What’s happening in my body?
Name: What emotion or thought is here?
Nurture: What do I need right now?
Maybe it’s a break or a glass of water, or a reminder to breathe, take a few deep breaths. These small moments will prevent burnout before it starts and help you stay grounded and clear.
What This Looks Like In Real Life
One of my clients was juggling everything — moving, raising kids, and building her coaching business.
She was constantly switching tasks, feeling overwhelmed, and eventually shutting down completely… scrolling instead of making progress.
But once she learned to pause and ask, “What is my body trying to tell me?” everything shifted. She began to realize her overwhelm was rooted in a belief that she wasn’t capable of handling it all. So she felt like she was failing at everything which caused more anxiety and more stress, more disappointment.
Working together she was able to reframe that to:
“I am capable, worthy, and I am enough,”
Her energy changed almost instantly, she felt calmer, clearer and more focused. She suddenly found more time in her day/week to work on her business and take care of her home and kids.
And from this new found confidence and inner peace that she was feeling, without even realizing it, the physical symptoms she had been dealing with disappeared.
That’s what happens when your nervous system finally feels safe.
How I Help You Go Deeper
Inside my R.E.W.I.R.E. program, we go beyond surface-level awareness we go directly into the subconscious through hypnosis. In order to change these patterns you need to get to the root of the matter, where the original moments and meanings that shaped them, so we can change them..
This isn’t about coping or managing your thoughts on a conscious level. If that worked you would have done it a long time ago.🤷♀️
It’s about updating them and realizing those beliefs are outdated, unhelpful and quite frankly causing you unnecessary discomfort and stress.
When that shift happens, things begin to change without any real effort on your part, because your brain is running from new patterns, new beliefs so:
- Confidence builds naturally
- Decisions feel easier
- Creativity flows
- Opportunities start to align
You’re no longer forcing your business forward. You’re moving with it — from a place of calm and clarity.
“But I’ve Tried This Before…”
(You might be thinking:)
“I’ve worked with coaches or therapists before… and it didn’t fully work.” I get that, but what I do is on a totally different level.
Most approaches work on the conscious level — talking through thoughts, analyzing, trying to logically understand. But your emotions do not understand logic, they are coming from your subconscious and these beliefs were formed before you were even 11 years old.
They aren’t logical, they’re emotional, automatic and deeply wired. That’s why just “thinking differently” doesn’t create lasting change.
The work I do goes straight to the source — the subconscious mind where these patterns live. We don’t stay on the surface and we definitely don’t go in circles.
We identify the root, shift the meaning, and rewire the pattern so it no longer runs your life or business. It’s the difference between painting over a crack… and actually fixing the foundation.🎯
Bringing It All Together
If you’ve been stuck in a cycle of overthinking, self-doubt, and constantly searching for the next strategy…It’s not because you’re failing.
It’s because your subconscious mind is trying to protect you — using outdated patterns that no longer serve you.
In this post, you’ve seen:
- Why more strategy isn’t the answer
- How subconscious beliefs are shaping your results
- Simple ways to start shifting those patterns
And most importantly…
You’ve seen that there is nothing “wrong” with you and this is not something you could have prevented. As children we do not have the capacity to make sense of the world so we internalize the meanings and often in a negative way.
So, in my work when you begin to align your subconscious with your goals, everything changes.
Your mind quiets, your thoughts calm, your body relaxes and your creativity returns. And your business and your life start to feel like a true reflection of who you are.
You don’t need to push harder or do things differently, you’ve tried that. You need to work with yourself in a new way.
Your Next Step
If what you just read stirred something in you, that’s your subconscious paying attention — and this is your next step.
Your body already knows how to feel calm. Let’s remind it.
The Calm Body Guide is a free nervous system reset for women who’ve done the work — and are ready to feel it.
If this post resonated, there’s a reason. You’re not broken, overwhelmed, or “too much.” You’re running on a subconscious program that was never updated.
This guide walks you through simple, somatic-based practices to begin shifting that — at the level where real change actually happens.
