Let me ask you something, and I want you to sit with it for a second.
You’ve done the work. You’ve taken the courses, earned the certifications, shown up for your clients with everything you have. You genuinely love what you do — that part has never been in question.
So why does it still feel like your business isn’t telling the same story your skills are?
If you’re in the wellness space, I’d be willing to bet this isn’t the first time you’ve asked yourself that. And I’d also bet that somewhere along the way, you started wondering if maybe… you were the problem. If there was something fundamentally broken in how you were thinking, or showing up, or deciding.
Here’s what I want to say to that, clearly and directly: there is nothing wrong with you or likely your strategy, but there is something running the show that you haven’t been introduced to yet.
That’s exactly what we’re going to talk about today.
I’m going to walk you through the REWIRE Method — the framework at the heart of my 1:1 transformational 60-day program and show you why it produces real, lasting change when everything else you’ve tried has only scratched the surface.
The Part Nobody in This Industry Wants to Say Out Loud
There’s an irony in this space that I find hard to ignore: we’re an industry built on healing and yet most of the business advice being handed to practitioners is entirely disconnected from how humans actually change.
More content. Better positioning. A stronger niche. A new funnel.
None of it is wrong. But if you’ve tried all of it and you’re still overthinking every decision, still second-guessing your offers, still unable to move on the ideas you know are good — then adding another strategy layer isn’t the answer.
You cannot think your way out of a belief system. The brain doesn’t work that way.
Neuroscience has been telling us this for decades. The subconscious mind processes roughly 11 million bits of information per second. The conscious mind? About 50. 🤯 What you consciously decide and what your nervous system actually allows you to do are often two completely different things.
The REWIRE Method closes that gap. Not with more thinking but with direct access to where the pattern lives.
The wellness coaching world loves a good strategy. A new content calendar. A better offer suite. A rebrand. Another course on sales psychology.
And look, none of those things are bad, they all have their place. But if you’ve tried them and you’re still stuck, I need you to hear this:
You will never outthink your beliefs. Ever.
The patterns that are keeping you small, scattered, and second-guessing everything — they didn’t form in your adult brain. They formed long before you had the words for them. And no amount of strategic thinking is going to talk your subconscious out of something it decided was true when you were eight years old.
This is why smart, talented, deeply capable women stay stuck. Not because they’re not trying hard enough. Because they’re trying to solve a subconscious problem with a conscious-mind tool.
The REWIRE Method goes where the strategies can’t.
What the REWIRE Method Actually Is
R.E.W.I.R.E. stands for: Reveal, Explore, Wire, Integrate, Reinforce, Elevate.
It’s the framework inside my 60-day 1:1 program, and it’s designed to do something most approaches in this space don’t even attempt — get to the root of why you keep looping, instead of just managing the symptoms.
This isn’t mindset work in the way you’ve probably experienced it. It’s not journaling prompts or affirmations or being told to “believe in yourself” one more time. It’s about going into the subconscious mind where the patterns you have been following since childhood live. And updating and upgrading those patterns to more useful ones.
Inside this program, I focus on helping you:
👉Let go of old beliefs that have been buried and reinforced over the years in your subconscious
👉Regulate your nervous system so you can operate from a place of calm
👉Rewire the subconscious patterns that drive overthinking, self-doubt and worry.
So you can begin to operate from a place of ease, clarity and confidence effortlessly. Your creativity flows easily and decisions feel aligned instead of overwhelming. Your business and life begin to grow in a way that actually feels good.
Here’s how it unfolds.
Phase 1: Map Your Transformation
Before anything else, we get oriented. We start with a 45-minute intake session where we go through your detailed questionnaire together and map out your next 60 days.
This isn’t a surface-level “what are your goals” conversation. We’re going deeper. What do you actually want to feel like when this is over? What are you ready — really ready — to let go of? What’s been the through-line in every pattern you keep bumping up against?
What you’ll experience:
• The relief of finally understanding why you keep repeating the same loops — even when you know better
• Clarity on what’s actually holding you back (hint: it’s almost never what you think it is)
• A personalized roadmap built specifically around your patterns, your history, your goals
Most of my clients leave this session feeling two things at once: a little emotional, and weirdly relieved. Because finally having a name for what’s been happening has power. You stop blaming yourself for something that was never your choice to begin with.
Phase 2: Uncover & Release
This is the session that changes things.
During your first RTT hypnosis session, we go directly to the root of the pattern. I will guide you back to where it started — not to relive it or pick it apart, but to see it clearly, through your adult eyes, for probably the first time.
What usually happens is this: Something comes up that seems completely unrelated to your business. A moment from childhood. A belief that formed in an environment you didn’t choose or have control over. And then the connection clicks — and suddenly the anxiety, the freezing, the “I know what I need to do but I can’t make myself do it” finally makes sense.
What you’ll experience:
• A release that feels lighter than you expected — sometimes surprisingly so.
• The moment old beliefs literally lose their grip. You can feel the shift.
• A deep sense of permission to let go of patterns and pressure you’ve been carrying for years.
The old story doesn’t get a starring role anymore. You start to see it for what it is: a belief that served a purpose at the time, but never belonged in your business, your body, or your future.
Phase 3: Rewire & Integrate
After your session, you’ll receive a custom hypnosis recording created specifically for you. 🎧You’ll listen to it daily — usually before bed — for 21-28 days.
I know what you might be thinking. “28 days of listening to something?” Stick with me here, because this is where the real magic happens and it’s a lot less effort than you’d expect.
The recording is typically between 15-20 minutes long, and most people fall asleep to it 😴 which is fine. Your subconscious mind doesn’t switch off when you sleep. It’s still active, still listening, still doing the work.
So, while you rest, those new neural pathways are being reinforced, strengthened, and repeated making the changes we created in your session feel natural, automatic, and lasting.
What you’ll experience:
• Thoughts and behaviors shifting on their own — without willpower, without forcing.
• Old triggers landing differently. The thing that used to send you into a spiral? Just… doesn’t anymore.
• Momentum building quietly. Ideas coming back. Decisions feeling clearer. Action feeling possible.
Some women notice changes within days. Others look back after a few weeks and realize they’ve stopped worrying about something that used to consume hours of their mental energy.
Either way, the changes feel natural. Because they are. They become the new default.
Phase 4: Reinforce & Elevate
Midway through, we meet again. You share what’s shifted, what feels different, what (if anything) still needs attention. Then we decide together what your second RTT session will focus on.
What you’ll experience:
• Often more progress than you even realized — this check-in has a way of showing you how far you’ve come
• The ability to go deeper, or address a new layer that’s ready to come up
• A second session that solidifies your foundation and supports the version of you that’s already emerging
Transformation isn’t a single event. It’s layered. The first session clears the main thing and helps regulate your nervous system. The second one builds what comes after.
What This Actually Looks Like in Real Life
I want to tell you about one of my clients — I’ll call her Beth.
Beth was incredibly well-trained in nutrition coaching. She had multiple certifications, real knowledge, and proven results — she had even used her own methods on herself and transformed her health.
There was never a question about whether she was good at what she did.
But when it came to her business?
She froze.
She had endless ideas but couldn’t move forward on any of them. Anxiety would take over. At times, she felt physically sick from the stress. Eventually, she took another job just to stay afloat — all while knowing, deep down, that her business had real potential.
When we started working together, she kept saying,
“I know what to do… I just can’t seem to follow through.”
What came up during her session had nothing to do with strategy.
It was a moment from childhood — one she had never once connected to her business struggles.
She was 10 years old, standing in the living room, holding up a test she scored a 92 on. She was proud. She had studied hard, and in her mind, she had done well. It was an A, after all.
She showed it to her dad, expecting that same sense of pride to be reflected back to her.
He glanced at it and said,
“What happened to the other 8 points?”
It wasn’t harsh. It wasn’t abusive.
But it landed.
Over time, her mind made it mean:
No matter what I do, it’s not enough.😢
As a child, that belief pushed her. It drove her to achieve, to perform, to become the kind of woman who does things well — even perfectly.
But now?
Every time she goes to put something out into the world whether its a post, an offer, a new idea — her brain scans for what’s missing.
What’s not good enough yet.
What needs more work.
What could be judged.
So she delays. Tweaks. Overthinks.
She stays stuck in that loop — hesitant, second-guessing herself at every turn.
Not because she lacks clarity… but because “done” doesn’t feel safe.
And as an adult running a business, that belief was quietly dismantling everything she was trying to build.
Through our work together, she was able to release the emotional weight she’d been carrying, understand where those patterns actually came from, and replace those old beliefs with ones that supported who she is now.
As her nervous system settled, everything else started to shift.
She could think clearly again. Her creativity came back.
She started showing up — consistently, visibly, confidently.
Less than a year later?
She has a podcast. She’s running and participating in lots of Wellness events. She’s visible on social media in a way she never was before.
The business that once felt like a distant dream is now just… her life.✨
What Happens If You Don’t Deal With This
I’ll be honest with you, because I think you deserve that more than you deserve reassurance.
If you don’t address the subconscious patterns that are running your business decisions, the loops will continue. Overthinking. Second-guessing. Feeling like you need one more certification before you’re really ready. Working long hours with nothing that feels like real traction.
Not because you’re not capable. Because emotion will always beat logic.
The best strategy in the world can’t overcome a core belief that you’re not worthy of the result you’re working toward. You’ll keep hitting the same invisible ceiling, and it will keep feeling like your fault — even though it was never about effort.
What Becomes Possible When You Do
When the subconscious patterns shift, everything else follows. Not in a vague, “trust the process” way. In real, tangible ways you’ll feel in your body and see in your business.
The fear of being visible? It softens. Charging your worth stops being a battle. Perfectionism loosens its grip. You start taking action from a place of actual trust instead of white-knuckling through fear.
*You stop operating in chaos and start working from a place of calm.*
And here’s the part I want you to really hear: this doesn’t just change your business. It shows up in your relationships, your energy, your ability to be present, and the way you feel in your own life.
You stop spending all your time trying to “fix” yourself.
Because you finally understand on a deep embodied level that there was never anything wrong with you to begin with.
“But I Don’t Even Know What My Subconscious Blocks Are”
This is one of the most common things I hear — and I want to address it directly, because it stops a lot of women from even exploring this work.
You don’t need to know what your blocks are before we start. That’s literally what the process is for.
I guide you into a deeply relaxed state where your conscious mind — the one that’s been overanalyzing everything takes a step back. What comes up comes up naturally, there’s no digging or forcing. Your subconscious mind knows exactly what’s there and what needs to be addressed. We just create the space for it to show up.
You don’t have to arrive with the answers. You just have to be willing to find them.
Your Next Step
Here’s what I want you to imagine for a second.
What would it feel like to make a decision — about your business, your pricing, your next move — and just… trust it? No spiral. No second-guessing. No lying awake wondering if you’ve made a mistake.
What would it feel like to show up for your clients from a place of genuine calm, instead of quietly managing your own anxiety in the background?
That’s not a fantasy. That’s what this work produces.💫
If you want to get a small taste of what it feels like to let your nervous system settle and your conscious mind step back, start with my free 3-minute nervous system reset.
It’s a small thing. But sometimes the small thing is what opens the door to everything else.
