What if I've never done hypnosis before? Expand

That’s completely okay! Most of my clients have never experienced hypnosis before. I’ll guide you through the entire process so you feel safe and comfortable. You’ll simply be in a relaxed, focused state—fully aware and in control the whole time.

How is RTT different from other therapies? Expand

Traditional talk therapy focuses on conscious thoughts and behaviors over time. RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) works directly with the subconscious mind—the part that holds your core beliefs and emotional patterns—so we can get to the root cause of what’s holding you back and create lasting change faster.

What if I can't be hypnotized? Expand

Everyone can be hypnotized—as long as they want to be. Hypnosis is just a deeply relaxed, focused state, similar to when you’re absorbed in a movie or lost in thought. You’re always in control and aware of what’s happening throughout the process.

What happens after the session? Expand

After your RTT session, you’ll receive a personalized audio recording designed to reinforce your new beliefs and behaviors. You’ll listen daily for at least 21 days to rewire your mind for lasting transformation. I’ll also check in with you for follow-up support to help you integrate the changes.

How long until I see results? Expand

Everyone’s experience is unique. Some clients notice shifts right away, others see changes unfold over days or weeks as new thought patterns take hold. Whether it’s immediate or gradual, the transformation continues to deepen as you continue to listen to your personalized audio over a period of at least 21 days.
