How Do You Know If the R.E.W.I.R.E. Method Will Work for You?

Why smart, self-aware women still feel stuck — and what the R.E.W.I.R.E. Method uncovers that therapy, coaching, and mindset work often miss.
There’s a question I hear almost every week from women who are thinking about working with me. It usually sounds something like this:
“How do I know the R.E.W.I.R.E. Method will actually work for me? I’ve already done therapy. I’ve worked with coaches. I’ve done mindset work. It helped… but there’s still something I can’t seem to shake.”
Maybe you’ve asked yourself that same question. Maybe you’ve invested in courses that promised breakthroughs, journaled until your hand hurt, repeated affirmations, worked on your mindset, learned nervous system regulation, and become incredibly self-aware. And yet, you still find yourself lying awake replaying conversations, second-guessing every decision in your business, feeling anxious before you post online, procrastinating on the things you know would move you forward, wondering why you can help everyone else so well and still can’t seem to get out of your own way.
If that’s you, I want you to know something.
I don’t hear that question and think you’re skeptical. I hear someone who’s tired. Someone who’s hopeful but afraid to hope too much. Because after enough disappointments, the question isn’t really “Will this work?” The real question becomes:
“Is it safe to believe that I can actually change?”
I understand that more than you know. And that’s exactly why I want to answer your question a little differently than you might expect.
I Don’t Think…”Will This Work?” Is Actually the Right Question
Instead, I want to invite you to ask something much more important: “What’s actually causing the problem I’m experiencing?” Or even better — “Is the challenge I’m facing being driven by subconscious programming that’s still running the show?”
That one question changes everything. Because most of us have spent years trying to solve what we can see: the procrastination, the perfectionism, the overthinking, the people-pleasing, the fear of visibility, the money struggles, the lack of confidence. Those things feel like the problem. But most of the time, they’re symptoms.
Imagine going to the doctor with a persistent cough and only being handed cough drops. The cough might quiet down for a little while, but if no one ever looks at what’s causing it, it keeps coming back. That’s what happens for so many women in business. They’ve become experts at managing the symptoms, but no one has ever helped them uncover what’s creating them.
This Is Why Smart, Self-Aware Women Still Feel Stuck
The R.E.W.I.R.E. Method—which stands for Reveal. Explore. Wire. Integrate. Reinforce. Elevate. goes beyond helping you understand why you think or behave a certain way. It helps you change the subconscious patterns that keep pulling you back into the same cycle.
The women I work with aren’t beginners. They’re intelligent, successful, and deeply committed to personal growth. They’re coaches, practitioners, facilitators; women who spend their lives helping other people heal. They’ve already done “the work,” which is exactly why it feels so confusing when they’re still stuck.
One client came to me convinced she had a confidence problem. She avoided showing up online because every post felt vulnerable, and she constantly rewrote everything before sharing it. She assumed she just needed to become more confident. But confidence wasn’t the issue. As we worked through the R.E.W.I.R.E. Method, we uncovered something much deeper: her subconscious had learned many years earlier that being seen meant being judged. Of course her business felt hard. Her subconscious wasn’t trying to sabotage her it was trying to protect her.
Another woman believed she had a money block and thought she needed to change her relationship with money. Instead, we discovered her nervous system had connected financial success with conflict she witnessed growing up. Having more didn’t feel exciting. It felt unsafe.
Again, the symptom wasn’t the root. And that’s why so much of the work she’d already done only helped temporarily.
This Is Why I Don’t Treat Individual Problems
People sometimes ask me, “But what if my issue is different?” Here’s the beautiful thing: I don’t have a different process for procrastination, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, people-pleasing, fear of success, or fear of failure because those aren’t the things I’m treating. I’m looking underneath them. My job is to discover the subconscious belief or protective pattern that’s quietly creating those experiences.
That’s why two women can walk into my office saying almost the exact same words and leave having worked on completely different root causes. One woman may uncover a belief that she has to earn love through achievement. Another may discover she learned that speaking up wasn’t safe. Someone else may realize she’s been carrying responsibility that was never hers to begin with.
The outside behavior can look identical. The subconscious story almost never is. That’s why I don’t guess, and that’s why I don’t use a one-size-fits-all formula. The R.E.W.I.R.E. Method is designed to uncover your root cause not the one that sounds good on social media or happens to be trending.
The Real Magic Isn’t Hypnosis
People sometimes assume the “magic” is hypnosis. It isn’t, hypnosis is simply the doorway. The real transformation happens because we’re finally working with the part of your mind that’s been creating the pattern all along.
Think about it this way: if your conscious mind could have solved this by now, it probably already would have. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, tried to think differently, and probably told yourself hundreds of times, “I know this isn’t logical.” But subconscious programming isn’t driven by logic. It’s driven by learned experiences, emotional memories, and protective patterns. That’s why trying to outthink it often feels exhausting — you’re asking your conscious mind to solve something it didn’t create.
Hypnosis allows your conscious mind to relax so we can work directly with the subconscious, where those beliefs and protective responses are actually stored. Instead of trying to convince yourself you’re safe, we help your subconscious experience safety. That’s a very different kind of change, and it’s why so many women describe the process as feeling surprisingly natural rather than something they have to force.
Can I Promise It Will Work?
I wish I could tell every woman who asks me, “Yes, this is absolutely the answer.” But that wouldn’t be honest. There isn’t one technique that’s magically better than every other technique, and there isn’t one process that’s right for every person.
What I can promise is this: I won’t guess. I won’t slap a label on your experience. I won’t assume your problem is confidence when it’s actually fear, or fear when it’s actually shame, or procrastination when it’s actually protection. We’ll uncover what’s really driving the pattern because lasting change doesn’t happen when we become better at managing symptoms. It happens when we finally solve the right problem. That’s exactly what the R.E.W.I.R.E. Method was created to do.
“How Is This Different From Coaching That Works on Subconscious Blocks?”
This is another thoughtful question. Many incredible coaches incorporate subconscious work into what they do, and that work can be incredibly valuable. The biggest difference is that I use hypnosis, along with other subconscious change techniques, to access the subconscious directly.
Rather than spending session after session trying to talk your conscious mind into believing something new, hypnosis allows your conscious mind to relax so we can work with the deeper patterns where these beliefs are actually stored. It’s less about talking about the block and more about transforming the subconscious programming that’s been creating it. That’s why many clients experience change more quickly than they expected because we’re simply working at the level where the pattern began.
Maybe You’re Not Broken
One of the saddest things I hear from women is this: “Maybe this is just who I am.” I don’t believe that. I think you’ve adapted. I think your subconscious has been doing exactly what it believed it needed to do to keep you safe.
The beautiful thing is, what was learned can also be relearned. Protective patterns can change. Old beliefs can be rewired. And when they do, showing up in your business no longer feels like you’re pushing a boulder uphill every single day. It begins to feel possible. Lighter. More natural. Not because you’ve become someone different, but because you’re finally free to become who you’ve always been underneath the programming.
