My work is not medical or psychological treatment. I am a Certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner and hypnotherapist, not a doctor, psychologist or licensed mental health professional. Nothing on this site or in our sessions is a diagnosis, or a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
Please keep working with your healthcare providers, and don’t stop or change any treatment or medication without talking to them. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (in the US) or your local emergency number.
