Why I Created R.E.W.I.R.E. — And Why Subconscious Work Is the Missing Piece for Women in Wellness

If you’re a woman in the wellness space, chances are you didn’t start your business just to make money.
🌿You started it because you care—the type of person who knows you can make a difference in other people’s lives.
🌿You started because you’ve been through something, and deep down you know others must be feeling it too.
🌿You started because you found a way forward and felt called to help other women find theirs too.
And yet… even after all the training, certifications, courses, and late nights, something still feels off. You know your work is valuable, that you’re good at what you do.
But there’s a quiet resistance that keeps showing up: second-guessing every decision, the uncomfortable feeling around being visible, the worries about money, the sometimes shaky confidence, or the nagging thought—should I really be doing this?
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. We’ve all had doubts about ourselves and our businesses.🤔 But when that voice keeps getting louder and starts causing us to procrastinate, tells us to take another course or certification, or redo our website for the third time—it may be time to address that sneaky voice.
This is the exact reason I created The R.E.W.I.R.E. Program.
How I Found My Way to the Subconscious Mind
I’m a subconscious strategist, and I work at the root level of change. But this work didn’t start as a business idea, it started as a mother’s mission.
Years ago, my daughter was struggling with severe anxiety. We tried everything imaginable to help her, and yet nothing truly worked. Doctor visits, coping strategies, and well-meaning advice only seemed to skim the surface. The tools and strategies we were given focused on managing what showed up on the surface, but they never addressed why her anxiety existed in the first place.
After spending countless hours researching and searching for answers, I realized that we were missing something essential. We were not getting to the root of what was driving her experience. That realization led me to Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a modality designed to uncover where patterns begin and gently reframe them at the subconscious level.
When I witnessed the shift in my daughter firsthand, it stopped me in my tracks. After years of watching her struggle with little to no relief, we had finally found an approach that created meaningful, lasting change. This was not about coping or managing symptoms. It was about creating a new internal foundation.💪
As I watched this transformation unfold, I realized I wasn’t just witnessing relief from anxiety—I was seeing a complete internal reorganization. It became clear: change happens when the mind is given the opportunity to release outdated patterns and replace them with beliefs that support who we’re becoming.
✨That realization shaped the framework behind the work I do today.✨
As I began training in this modality, something else surfaced. I recognized how deeply my own anxiety had shaped my life. I grew up in a time when anxiety was rarely acknowledged, let alone addressed, so I learned to live with it quietly. I was a major catastrophizer, constantly running future scenarios in my mind and bracing for outcomes that never came. I didn’t realize at the time that my subconscious was operating on old survival patterns that no longer served me.
Through studying how the subconscious mind drives our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, I began to experience what I now guide my clients through. With repetition, awareness, and integration, my internal responses shifted. My nervous system softened. My thinking patterns changed in a way that felt natural and sustainable, rather than forced.
This experience didn’t just change how I thought. It changed how I lived. 💞 I became more present, more grounded, and more at ease in my own body and mind. It showed me that when the inner world changes, everything else has room to realign as well.
For over five years now, I have had the honor of working with countless clients, and my heart continues to pull me toward women in the wellness space. 🌿These are women who already know how to help others, yet often carry subconscious patterns that keep them from fully stepping into their own potential. The work I do today, and the structure of R.E.W.I.R.E., exists to gently clear those internal blocks so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a sense of ease that finally matches the impact they are here to make.
What I Kept Seeing Over and Over Again
Women in the wellness space are some of the most passionate, heart-centered people I’ve ever worked with—and almost none of them entered this work simply to make money.
They stepped into the wellness space after discovering tools and practices that worked for them personally, and they wanted to build businesses that allowed them to share that healing while also creating a sustainable livelihood rooted in integrity and service.
Yet behind the scenes, many of these women were quietly struggling in ways they rarely talked about out loud.🤫
They knew their work was valuable. They had invested time, energy, and money into their education and training. On paper, they were more than qualified. And still, something invisible seemed to keep getting in the way of the success they knew was possible for them.
I kept seeing the same internal patterns surface, even though they showed up differently for each woman:
- Constantly questioning their own expertise, even after years of experience, which led to undercharging, over giving, and feeling resentful or exhausted by their work
- Avoiding visibility in subtle ways, such as putting off posting, rewriting content over and over again, or feeling a wave of anxiety before speaking about their services
- Feeling deep guilt around money—whether it was charging clients, investing in their business, or relying on financial support from a partner—which quietly eroded their confidence and sense of self-worth
- Working to the point of burnout, yet the bank balance was not mirroring that effort
One example I see often is a woman who knows exactly how to help her clients, yet freezes when it comes time to talk about her offer.
Or she might spend hours creating the perfect post, only to delete it at the last minute.
Or she lowers her prices again, telling herself it is just temporary, while feeling frustrated that her income does not reflect the level of care she provides.
On the surface, it looks like a marketing or confidence issue. But underneath, it is often a subconscious belief that being seen, charging fully, or taking up space is somehow unsafe.
What became clear to me is that these women did not need more strategies, certifications, or business advice. They were already capable and deeply knowledgeable. ➡️What they needed was support in clearing the internal blocks that were quietly running the show, shaping their decisions, and keeping them from fully stepping into the impact they were meant to have.
The Moment Everything Clicked
The turning point for me came when a client came to me for something completely unrelated to her business. We were focused solely on what was weighing on her internally—not on growth or results in her business.
As that internal pressure began to lift, her way of showing up in her business changed almost immediately.💫 She spoke with more ease, made decisions with less hesitation, and stopped questioning herself at every turn.
A short time later, she shared with me that her business had begun to shift as well. Opportunities felt lighter, conversations flowed more naturally, and the constant sense of pushing had disappeared.
That was when I realized I was not here to teach women how to grow their businesses. They already knew how to do that. I was here to help clear the internal blocks that were quietly running the show, so everything else had space to fall into place.
I’m here to clear what’s in the way so they can finally focus on what matters most.
Why Subconscious Work Changes Everything
Most women in wellness are already very aware. They know when they’re holding themselves back and can name their fears. They’ve read the books, taken the courses, and tried to “think positive.” And yet, the same patterns keep showing up.
That’s because awareness alone doesn’t create lasting change. It takes a lot of work to change how we feel on the conscious level.🧠
The subconscious mind is where our beliefs, emotional reactions, and automatic responses live. It’s running the show quietly in the background shaping how we see ourselves, how safe we feel being visible, and how we respond to success, money, and growth.
By the time we’re adults, many of these patterns were formed long before we had the words to understand them. It’s not about blame and it’s not about reliving the past.
It’s about recognizing that even in loving homes, we all learned things in moments when our nervous systems were trying to protect us. Those lessons made sense at the time. But years later, they can quietly limit us.
For example, I once worked with a woman who came to me saying she felt anxious every time she talked about her work or raised her prices. On the surface, she believed she just needed more confidence.
As we worked together, it became clear that her anxiety wasn’t about money at all. As a child, she learned that being “too much” or drawing attention to herself created tension in her home. Her subconscious had decided that staying small felt safer.
No amount of positive thinking could override that.
Once we brought that belief into the light and gently reframed it, something shifted. She didn’t have to force herself to show up differently; it started to feel natural. She spoke more freely, she stopped wavering on her prices. And the anxiety that once felt automatic simply didn’t have the same grip.
This is why telling yourself to “just be confident” or “let it go” rarely works.
The subconscious doesn’t respond to logic alone. It responds to safety, repetition, and new emotional experiences. When we work at the subconscious level, we’re not forcing change—we’re creating the conditions for it.
This is where women begin to notice real shifts:
- ✅The urge to hide starts to fade
- ✅Charging what they’re worth feels more natural
- ✅Showing up online doesn’t feel so heavy
- ✅Their inner voice becomes kinder and more supportive
Not because they tried harder, but because the old story no longer feels true.
Subconscious work helps uncover the root cause of why a belief exists in the first place. Once that root is brought into the light, it can be reframed and gently replaced with something that actually supports who you are now.
This is the difference between managing symptoms and creating real healing.
When your inner world feels safe, clear, and aligned, your outer world has space to expand. And that’s why subconscious work doesn’t just change how you think—it changes how you live, lead, and show up for the people you’re meant to help.

What Clients Experience on the Other Side
Clients often tell me they feel lighter, calmer, and more secure—sometimes for the first time in years.
They feel relaxed, more confident. Life and business feel easier, more effortless. They stop hiding and start showing up consistently. Ideas seem to flow without much effort. 🎯 Any old unwanted feelings of guilt, resentment and self-sabotage seemed to disappear. Decisions are no longer put on hold—they’re made with confidence and power.
One client shared that after working together she was finally able to let go of years of resentment and guilt she had been carrying from a business partnership that ended badly. ❤️🩹
Those unresolved feelings were quietly shaping how she showed up in her current business—making her hesitant, overly cautious, and unable to fully trust herself.
Through our work together, she was able to release what she’d been holding onto and finally let go of the story she’d been telling herself about what happened. The transformation was profound. She discovered a renewed sense of focus and confidence, began trusting her instincts again, and moved forward in her business without the weight of the past slowing her down.
Another client shared that after our work together, she was finally able to confront something she had been avoiding for years—her business finances. 💲
She had been overspending without any tracking system, never looked at her books, and had no real idea where her money was going. She knew deep down it wasn’t going well, but the thought of facing it felt overwhelming and brought up intense shame.
Once we addressed the underlying beliefs keeping her stuck, the shift was remarkable. She no longer felt the need to hide from her financial reality. She hired the help she needed, got her finances sorted, and created clarity in an area that had previously felt insurmountable.
Others found themselves finally free from patterns they’d been carrying since childhood: people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-sabotage, and that nagging imposter syndrome feeling that they somehow weren’t enough.
💫When the mind clears, everything else has space to grow.💫
The Future I See for Wellness🌿
The wellness industry is only going to continue growing and that’s a beautiful thing.
Self-care is no longer selfish—it’s essential. 💗 Mental health is a large part of that. Where it once felt taboo it is now top of mind, and we’re owning it, knowing it’s something we can work on and improve when we’re ready.
What I hope for is a future rooted in authenticity—no empty promises, no flashy fixes. Just real, relatable support that helps people feel better in their bodies and minds. 🌿 What works for some may not work for others; it’s about steering people in the right direction for them and their needs.
I believe that subconscious work sits at the center of this future.
When we learn to be kinder to ourselves, that kindness naturally flows outward to our families, our clients, and the next generation.👨👩👧👦
Imagine a world where more people live from a calm, confident, loving, truthful state of mind— where we can share our gifts with others to make life a little easier. That’s the world I’m working toward.
